Presenters are from the Pastoral Care and Ethics Department at Eastern Health.  The Reverends (Dr.) Jacinta Penny, Paul Grimes, Scott Parsons and Fr. Tony Bidgood, CSSR have experience in working within the health care system and with patients, families and staff who struggle with difficult issues and situations.  They are familiar with the challenges MAiD can bring to those in support roles.  They will provide information about the structures and processes, including debriefing sessions, that will equip clergy and pastoral workers to determine when and how they might respond to situation where one has a request for MAiD.
