The Rev’d Dr. Alexander (Randy) Daley died in August. He was great friend of the clergy and Church in NL, and a friend and supporter of Queen’s College. Randy was awarded the Honorary Doctorate of Divinity at Queen’s College Convocation 2011. On September 22, friends gathered at Queen’s College Chapel for Memorial Liturgy. The Rev’d Dr. Boyd Morgan presided, and The Rev’d Dr. Canon Frank Cluett was homilist. Friends then gathered in the Common Room for a social time and to reminisce about Randy. The words generosity, gentleness, humor, and humility were used used over and over . May he rest in peace!
